Other specs include: WiFi b/g, GPS support, a microSD card slot, a 2MP camera, a 3MP webcam, a USB port, a built-in stand, and the display is a touchscreen that has an 800 x 480 resolution. Vodafone has had it for a little while, but O2 UK has just launched the HTC HD2 as well. This handset will be available for free on an 18-month contract, but you'll have to pay £45 monthly. Check it out on O2's site here - I can't navigate it because I'm not in the UK.
Along with this news, we're hearing that the HTC HD2 could actually be upgraded to WinMo 7 when it gets released. This is just a rumour at this point, but it could definitely be possible with its amazing spec sheet.

LG BL40 Getting Launched in Korea With a Better 8MP Camera
Well, how fair is this? The LG BL40 is launching in Korea as the LG KU6300 / LU6300 / SU630 (varies in internal memory). It'll have the exact same specs and looks as the original BL40, but it'll sport a heftier 8MP camera on the back. Thanks a lot, LG.
Right now we don't know if it'll sport WiFi / GPS or a T-DMB tuner.

We heard about it last week and now it's official. Verizon and Samsung has just announced that the Omnia II will see the light of day on December 2nd for $199.99 on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. They changed up the look of the handset a little bit, but the specs are exactly the same. I'd still get the DROID over this, especially with Dell offering it for $120.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Headed To AT&T, If They Were To Choose A US Carrier

Pre-orders have started for the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 and, as you can see above, some e-tailers are putting the prices as high as $999.99 USD - some have it higher though. That's not the big news here though. We have just got confirmation that the X10 will have quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE bands (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and UMTS/HSPA bands (800/850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz). So, what exactly does this mean? This means that if Sony Ericsson chooses a carrier in the US, it'll be with AT&T. Unfortunately, that 1700MHz UMTS band won't work in America, so it won't be headed to T-Mobile.
So, it could be the XPERIA X10 vs the iPhone next year.
