HP Mini 110 Netbook Gets Pictured Again at the FCC With Flush Battery

Labels: , , ,

It's not exactly the biggest news of the day, but some more photos have just been spotted of the HP Mini 110 netbook. These pictures both show the netbook with a battery that's flush with the body. This is great news because some people prefer that the battery doesn't stick out.

HP Mini 210 Gets 3D Colour Upgrade, Mini 110 Now Has 6-Cell 8 Hour Battery Standard

Labels: , , ,

HP has just refreshed their Mini 210 and Mini 110 netbooks. The Mini 210 has got what they're calling a 3D preppy pink colour. Somehow, this new design "creates a multi-layer effect with shadows; HP also brings a plaid imprint to the trackpad." This new colour is definitely targeted for the females. The Mini 110 netbook, on the other hand, now features the 6-cell battery as a standard and you'll apparently get 8 hours of life from it. These are both set to hit the HP website on June 15th. The Mini 110 will cost you $280, while the 210 will be going for $355.

Verizon Releases the HP Mini 311 For $249, Mini 110 Expected In November For $199

Labels: , , , , ,

We heard about this last week and Verizon has just launched one of the expected two 3G equipped HP netbooks. The one they have released is the HP Mini 311. You should already know that this netbook comes equipped with Nvidia's Ion and it, basically, leaves every other netbook in the dust performace-wise. Verizon has this netbook available for $249.99 USD on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.

Verizon is also expected to launch the HP Mini 110, but it's not available yet. We should see it pretty soon, and it'll be available for $199.99 USD on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. It'll be equipped with Windows XP and is expected to launch mid-November.

Verizon Launching the HP Mini 110 and Mini 311 Netbooks Very Soon

Labels: , , , , , , , ,

Verizon looks like they're going to be launching the HP Mini 110 and the Mini 311 netbooks. They're launching them both on October 22nd with Windows 7 pre-installed - actually the Mini 110 is going to have Windows XP. The Mini 110 is your standard 11.6-inch netbook and it'll be available for $199.99 USD on a 2-year contract after rebates, but it'll actually be launched right after they run out of the last-gen Mini 1151 netbook.

The Mini 311, on the other hand, will be launching on October 22nd for $249.99 USD on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. And, yes, this netbook will be 3G-equipped. This netbook is definitely the more desirable of the two, since it has Windows 7 and Nvidia's Ion.

HP Mini 110 Gets New Display Option; Rogers Launching Mini 110 Netbook Today For $299

Labels: , , , ,

HP has already added upgrades to their Mini 110 netbook before, so here's another one for you all. HP has just added a new display option to the netbook. The new 1,366 x 768 resolution display will also have anti-glare, so that's always good. It will cost an extra $30 USD, but it's worth it - especially when there's a $30 USD off coupon if you click on this Portable Monkey link.

In Canada, Rogers will be offering the HP Mini 110 netbook for $299.99 CAD ($258 USD) on a 2-year contract. The Mini 110 netbook will have regular specs - that is, an Intel Atom 1.6GHz N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD - but will be outed with 7.2Mbps HSPA support aka 3.5G. The data plan will start at $25 CAD a month and will include only 500MB per month. Boy Genius suggests that if you do take this deal, you might as well choose something more expensive than that.
