Verizon's Training Documents For the Samsung Fascinate Leak, Launching On September 9th

The training documents for the Verizon Samsung Fascinate (their Galaxy S variant) have just leaked out. The document tells us that the smartphone should actually be launching on September 9th. That's only about 2 weeks ago so it's definitely something to wait for if you want to get a great Android phone on Verizon (even though they already have a couple).

T-Mobile G2 Set To Launch On September 29th, Sporting New Qualcomm MSM7x30 Chip

We heard about the date before and it looks like it has just been "confirmed" by Phandroid via TMo News. T-Mobile USA looks like they'll be releasing the G2 smartphone (HTC-made) on September 29th. Earlier this morning we heard about the G2 firmware leaking out which pointed out that the smartphone will be rocking a new Qualcomm MSM7x30 chipset. Unfortunately, this won't be a dual-core model but it should be one of their most efficient chipsets to date.

Sprint USA Getting the BlackBerry Curve 9330 In the Future

Thanks to Boy Genius we now know another smartphone that Sprint in the US will be launching. It doesn't have 4G connectivity, but it's the BlackBerry Curve 9330 with 3G support. There's really not much to tell you here since the pricing or release details haven't been leaked yet. But, thanks anyways RIM for leaking the information.

Rogers Canada Releases the Nokia 6700 Slide For $79.99

It looks like Rogers has released another low-end handset and this one's coming from Nokia, the 6700 Slide. This handset packs a 2.2-inch display, a non-standard 2.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, an FM radio, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash, a front-facing camera, and the S60 OS. Rogers has decided to price this at $79.99 on a 3-year contract which seems a bit expensive, it's also up for $229.99 contract-free. Check it out on Rogers.
