Toshiba Unveils Satellite A660, L650, L670, and C650 Notebooks

Toshiba has just unveiled a bunch of new Satellite notebooks, the A660 (above), L650, L670, and the C650. The Satellite A660 features a 16-inch LED-backlit display with a 1,366 x 768 resolution, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 CPU options, a 640GB HDD, up to 8GB of RAM, and Windows 7.

The L650 and the L670 feature 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch displays, respectively, and they also sport Intel Core i3 / i5 / AMD CPU options, up to 4GB of RAM, up to a 500GB HDD, an HDMI output, an eSATA port, WiFi b/g/n, and even ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145 graphics.

The last notebook is the Satellite C650 which features a 15.6-inch display, Intel Pentium / Core i3 / AMD CPU options, up to 4GB of RAM, up to a 500GB HDD, Intel HD / ATI discrete graphics, WiFi b/g/n, a couple of USB ports, a DVD drive, and Windows 7. This will hit the UK market for £350 ($541 USD).

Asus Working On 17.3-Inch 3D Gaming Notebook, Set For Q3 Release Date

Remember the 15.6-inch G51J-3D gaming notebook from Asus? It looks like they're set to launch a 17.3-inch 3D gaming notebook in the future as well - possibly the G72GX that we heard way back in November of last year. The price wasn't mentioned, but Asus is looking to release this notebook in Q3 of this year. The notebook itself will have a 3D-capable LCD display along with Nvidia's 3D Vision system, so you'll need the 3D shutter glasses to view the 3D-ness.

Apple Rumoured To Be Using AMD CPUs In the Future

The MacBook Pros have just been pushed out over the past couple of days but it looks like Apple could be looking to AMD for their future chips. It's just a rumour right now, so don't be surprised if Apple sticks by Intel. AMD would give Apple more profit - which is all they're really after - but Intel does have the upcoming Light Peak technology that Apple may have influenced. Of course, with the AMD chipsets these Apple notebooks / desktops will also get ATI discrete graphics. Let's see what happens over the next year.

Spec Sheet For the BlackBerry Bold 9650 Set For Verizon Leaks, May 27th Launch Date

It looks like the BlackBerry Bold 9650 has just leaked out and it's headed to Verizon, which is something we already know. The whole spec sheet has been leaked out - it's above - and it's set to launch on May 27th. Highlights are its 2.4-inch display with a 360 x 480 resolution, a 3.2MP camera, Bluetooth support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an optical trackpad, and WiFi.

Samsung T959 Headed To T-Mobile USA, It's the Samsung Galaxy S!!

It looks like the Samsung T959 is actually the Samsung Galaxy S, thanks to the Bluetooth SIG. We've known that the T959 was headed to T-Mobile USA so it's definitely a good thing since the Galaxy S is an amazing handset. Price tag, of course, wasn't mentioned and neither was the release date. Let's hope that it's only $199.99 on a 2-year contract though.

Pantech Link Hitting AT&T For $10 On April 18th

If you're interested the Pantech Link will be hitting AT&T on April 18th - that's on Sunday. It'll be priced at $10 on a 2-year contract so it's a pretty good deal for what you get. It features a 2.4-inch display with a 240 x 320 resolution, a microSD card slot, a 1.3MP camera, aGPS / Bluetooth support, and a QWERTY keypad.

It looks like Viliv S10 Blade netbook tablet has just been delayed yet again. The shipping date has been pushed to later this month or early May. They were supposed to ship on April 22nd, so the delay isn't bad. If you ordered one, you can probably wait.

Nokia 5230 Now Available On WIND Mobile, Samsung Gravity 2 and Huawei U7519 Get a Price Drop

We knew it was on the way and Canada's WIND Mobile has just released the Nokia 5230 for $180 contract-free. This is a pretty good deal if you're willing to go with this handset. It packs a 3.2-inch touchscreen display a microSD card slot (2GB card in the box), a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 2MP camera, Bluetooth, and the S60 OS. Check it out on WIND Mobile here.

With the Nokia 5230 now available WIND Mobile has slashed the price of the Samsung Gravity 2 and the Huawei U7519. The prices are now $130 and $110, respectively, so just head over to WIND Mobile's website to check them out.

Dell Streak Tablets In 7 and 10-Inch Flavours Leak Out!! -- Dell Aero Hitting AT&T In June

Yup, new Dell Streak tablets have just been leaked out and they're sporting 7 and 10-inch displays. Maybe they'll end up being the Mini 7 and the Mini 10, but that wouldn't really make sense. The 7-inch model is expected to launch late this year while the larger 10-inch model will debut in early 2011. OS's weren't mentioned, but it looks like it could sport a custom UI.

Also, the Dell Aero headed to AT&T with Android is expected to launch in June.

Nokia X5 Leaks Out, Headed To China

The picture above tells us just about nothing, but it does mention that Nokia is working on a handset named the X5. It'll have Bluetooth support as well as WCDMA connectivity so it's headed to China. No picture of the handset has surfaced yet so we'll have to wait for that.

LG KM570 Hitting Italy This Month As the Surf 4GB

It looks like the LG KM570 is about to hit Italy as the LG Surf 4GB. As the name suggests, it has 4GB of internal storage. Other specs are said to be a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display, a 5MP AF camera, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, HSDPA connectivity, and the S-Class UI. This handset is available in four different colours: silver, ash black, prism violet, and blue. This handset will hit the shelves in Italy before the end of this month for €199 ($270 USD).

Acer Japan Reveals Aspire 5741 Notebook With Core i3 / i5 CPU Options

Acer Japan has just unveiled two new notebooks, which is the AS5741. This notebook was just shown off and one model sports an Intel Core i3-330M CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB HDD, and a DVD Super Multi drive. The other model is a bit higher-end sporting an Intel Core i5-430M CPU, 4GB of RAM, and a DVD Super Multi with an optional Blu-ray drive. Of course, both models sport the same 15.6-inch display with a 1,366 x 768 resolution, an HDMI output, and a 1.3MP webcam. The Core i3 model is going for ¥69,800 ($750 USD), while the Core i5 model is going for ¥99,800 ($1,072 USD).

Sony Style Releases the Sony Ericsson Satio For $649.99

Formerly the Idou, Sony Ericsson has just released the Satio on their own website. Of course, it's available unlocked with AT&T's 3G bands in the US. This handset packs a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with a 360 x 640 resolution, a 12MP AF camera with a xenon and LED flash, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth / WiFi support, an ARM Cortex A8 600MHz CPU, aGPS support, an FM radio, and the S60 5th Edition OS.
