Nokia C5 Candybar Handset Hits the FCC

Labels: , ,

It was just made official a couple of days ago and it has just been spotted at the FCC (here). The Nokia C5 should be available for under $200 unlocked when it launches in a couple of months. It comes packed with quad-band GSM (900 / 2100 MHz) and could hit carriers but it might not. You'll always be able to get it at one of their Nokia flagship stores across the US. Canadians will have have to find another way to get it - or you can convince a carrier to launch it.

Verizon Employees Going Through Nexus One Training; Could Be Sold At Retail Stores

Labels: , , , , ,

Apparently, Verizon is starting to train their employees on the Google Nexus One. This could mean that the launch could be pretty soon - especially considering the March 23 rumour we heard. The other news is that they could be selling the Nexus One at retail stores. Keep in mind that these are both rumours, but would both be great news.
