Labels: , , , , ,

You may have seen this handset before as it was rumoured to be hitting Verizon in the US. It doesn't look like that'll be the case anymore since Android Central is now saying that it's on its way to US Cellular. The LG Genesis is the enV Pro that's running Android 2.2 "Froyo". The rest of the specs include a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 3.5-inch external touchscreen display, a 3.2-inch internal display, a QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot (8GB included), and DLNA. The price and release date is unknown right now but maybe we'll hear about that soon.

Update: Android Central has now snagged more information about this handset. They've picked up the image below which tells us that it's not a clamshell handset. This one actually features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Other specs include Flash 10.1 support, a 5MP AF camera, and WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth support.
