If you're interested in getting your child something then you might want to give the Samsung-built T-Mobile Sidekick 4G a look. This handset packs a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 3MP camera, a 0.3MP front-facing camera, 4G connectivity (HSPA+), a 1GHz CPU, and Android 2.2 "Froyo". It looks like Wirefly may just have slipped one carrier that will be getting the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play. Yup, that's Verizon. This smartphone is centred around gaming and sports a 4-inch display with a 480 x 854 resolution along with a slide-out game controller. Thankfully, this handset will also be running Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" which is keeping up to date. The question is: will it actually hit Verizon? Check it out on Wirefly in the mean time.

Thanks to Wirefly's catalog, they've leaked out the first ZTE phone that will find its way to Verizon Wireless. This is the carrier's first handset from ZTE and it's a pretty basic slider. Dubbed the Verizon Wireless Salute, the handset packs a 1.3MP camera, a QVGA display, and Bluetooth support. The handset is actually available on their website right now for free on a 2-year contract. Phone Arena points out that the handset should be hitting the carrier's shops in a few weeks.

WireFly has just slashed the price on the T-Mobile Motorola CLIQ to $119.99 USD on a 2-year contract. There's not much to say here, but the CLIQ has really only been available for about three days. It looks like the Samsung Moment (essentially the InstinctQ M900) is now available for pre-orders for just $149.99 USD for new customers and $159.99 USD for current Sprint customers on WireFly, which is slightly cheaper than what Sprint is offering - $179.99. This morning T-Mobile launched the HTC Touch Pro 2 for a whopping $349 USD on a 2-year contract.
