It looks like Cellular South has followed US Cellular's lead. The carrier has just released the Windows Phone 7 powered HTC 7 Pro. This features a 3.6-inch WVGA display, a 5MP camera, a 1GHz CPU, and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The smartphone is available right now for $199.99 on a 2-year contract if you're interested.

US Cellular has just released their latest handset and it's a Windows Phone 7 one. Yup, the HTC 7 Pro is now available through them for $199.99 on a 2-year contract. The handset features a 3.6-inch WVGA display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 16GB of storage, WiFi / Bluetooth support, a 1GHz CPU, and a 5MP camera. Check it out on US Cellular.

If you head to Sprint.com/arrive you'll be granted with the message you see above. Yup, Sprint is looking to launch the HTC Arrive tomorrow and that'll likely be the HTC 7 Pro. Sprint's own Twitter account has hinted that they're launching a Windows Phone 7 handset for a few days now and we know that HTC filed a trademark for the Arrive a few months ago. Now we just have to wait for the announcement which will be tomorrow.

If you keep up with Sprint's Twitter account then you might have caught both tweets above. Yes, Sprint looks like they'll be announcing a new phone on Thursday, February 24th, and it's looking like it could be a Windows Phone 7 handset with a "hub for gaming, music, pictures, and video." Of course, everyone's assuming it'll be the HTC 7 Pro and it's looking like that's a pretty good assumption.

If you love Windows Phone 7 then I hope you managed to catch Microsoft's MWC event earlier today. They showed off and announced a bunch of new things and I'll just recap them for you. First off, they showed off multitasking on the OS and it looked fairly good. The company also announced that Twitter integration (into the People Hub) along with Internet Explorer 9 Mobile would be headed to the OS later this - hopefully with HTML5 support. We do know that IE9 Mobile will definitely have graphics and hardware acceleration so that's great news.

Update: Another Engadget post has mentioned that this update is going to be coming in early March and that's not all it will bring. It'll also feature "Copy and Paste" which is great. Along with this news is finally word that CDMA support is coming in "early March" so you can expect Verizon and Sprint to announce their batch of Windows Phone 7 handsets in the very near future. Hopefully, the HTC 7 Pro will be launching soon.

Two new HTC phones are headed to the UK next month - February - and it's the HTC 7 Pro along with the Gratia. The 7 Pro is one of the most anticipated Windows Phone 7 handsets and features a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 8GB of internal storage, and a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording. The Gratia, is a variant of the Aria, and features a 3.2-inch 320 x 480 resolution touchscreen display, a 5MP AF camera, a microSD card slot, a 600MHz CPU, WiFi b/g / Bluetooth 2.1 support, and Android 2.1 with the Sense UI.

It looks a smartphone from HTC will be hitting at least one carrier in Europe, O2 Germany, in early 2011 and it's the 7 Pro. This is obviously a Windows Phone 7 handset that will reportedly be available sometime in January 2011. Since this is the case you can expect this one to get official in a few days / weeks. HTC has actually just put up the GSM variant of the 7 Pro on their own website. They've posted the specs and they're a bit of an improvement over the HTC Touch Pro 2. The 7 Pro looks like it will feature a 3.6-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 1GHz CPU, 8GB of internal storage, 576MB of RAM, a 5MP AF camera with a flash and 720p HD video recording, WiFi / Bluetooth support, a 1,500mAh battery, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and it has a 15.5mm thick body because it does have a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. This one should be launching on a few carriers in the first quarter of 2011 so all you can do right now is just wait patiently. Check it out on HTC.

Three more HTC Windows Phone 7 smartphones have just been made official. The first two are above, which we've heard before, it's the HTC 7 Trophy and the 7 Mozart. Both of these smartphones pack a similar  spec sheet, they both share: a WVGA LCD display, a 1GHz MSM8250 CPU, 576MB of RAM, 720p HD video recording, and 8GB of internal storage. The Trophy is said to be the most affordable WP7 handset though, so it features a 5MP camera on the back with an LED flash. This smartphone will be hitting a couple Vodafone overseas so you can look out for that one soon.

The Mozart, on the other hand, sports an aluminum body, a 3.7-inch display, and an 8MP snapper with a xenon flash. This one is going to be hitting Orange in the UK, France, Spain, and Switzerland along with Deutsche Telekom in Germany. You can scroll down for one more smartphone that is actually a new one!

Unfortunately, if you're going to wait for this one you better be patient. This one isn't expected to launch until the first half of 2011.
