Notion Ink's Adam tablet has been getting talked about lately but I still don't think it will sell as much as the iPad. That being said we now know that the Adam tablet running Android will actually be running on Froyo (2.2) instead of Gingerbread (3.0), which is a bit of a let down. The pricing has just been mentioned and it's looking like the most expensive model will cost you $498; this will feature a Pixel Qi touchscreen display along with WiFi / 3G support.

There will actually be four models so let's backtrack a little bit. The cheapest one will be $399 and it'll feature an LCD display along with just WiFi support. The $449 model will throw in 3G support over top of that. Another $449 model will remove the 3G support in favour for a Pixel Qi display. Like I said, the $498 model will have everything you need.

The launch date is said to be anywhere from November of this year until January of next year. Don't forget that all Notion Ink Adam tablet models sport the Nvidia Tegra 2 chipset, WiFi b/g/n support, GPS, and a rotating camera that "can flip 185 degrees."
