On the night of April 21st, Engadget got a lot of exclusive information on some upcoming Dell smartphones. If you remember, the Dell Thunder was one of the Android phones on the list. Today, that smartphone has just been caught in the wild in pictures and a video. In case you forgot, the Thunder is sporting a 4.1-inch display (possibly WVGA OLED), an 8MP camera with an LED flash and 720p HD video recording capabilities, a 1,400mAh removable battery, and Android 2.1 with Dell's own custom UI over top of it. Right now this is in prototype stage but I can't really see Dell upgrading the phone to at least version 2.2 of Android before launch. Alright, enough chit-chat, just check out the video below.
Update: According to Engadget, there's been two Dell Thunder leaks in one day. There's another picture of the smartphone below the video and it's looking pretty good.
