Sony Ericsson Said To Be Working On PSP Go-Like Android 3.0 Gaming Smartphone

Some excellent news hit Engadget yesterday but I was busy and wasn't able to talk about it. There's a rumour going around that Sony Ericsson will be releasing a new smartphone that'll be running Android 3.0 "Gingerbread" and will be the PSP Phone that a bunch of people have been waiting for. The design is said to be similar to the PSP Go so it'll feature some standard PSP buttons. The display is said to be around 3.7 and 4.1 inches (hopefully they go with Samsung's Super AMOLED display), a 5MP camera on the back, and a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU. Apparently, the company could be planning to introduce this gaming smartphone in October of this year so if that's true then it's just two months away from an announcement.
