I've been following this PMP a bit and it looks like it could be getting an announcement in the near future - seeing how Samsung is holding an event on August 11th. The Samsung YP-MB2 PMP has actually just hit a Korean e-tailer (Dawn) and it has actually confirmed some specs that were being rumoured. The thing that seems to be off here is the picture on their website which appears to be the Galaxy S - the PMP shouldn't have the ear piece. This PMP is said to be similar to the Galaxy S in just about every way - except that it won't have call functionalities and the camera on the back may be toned down to 3.2 megapixels.
Update: Thanks to Samsung Hub, I changed the original picture in the article. What you see above is what the YP-MB2 will look like - it's part of their Yepp Series! They also confirm that the camera on the back is 3.2 megapixels. They've also mentioned that this will be announced on August 11th and will launch with 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB internal storage options.

LG Announces Three New Phones In the Wink Series, UK Will Still Call Them Cookies
LG has just announced three new phones that will be a part of their Wink Series and they're all fairly mid-range. The first one is the T300 Wink which is above and it sports a 2.4-inch touchscreen display, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an FM radio, and a microSD card slot. According to the leak in June, this should also sport a 2MP camera.
The next one (above) is the T310 Wink Style and it's slightly better than the T300. The T310 features a larger 2.8-inch display along with the standard 3.5mm headphone jack, an FM radio, and a microSD card slot. The last one is below and it's the T320 Wink 3G. Sadly, it doesn't have HSDPA connectivity, just UMTS.
Clearly, most of the specs for these phones are unknown but at least we have a picture of the front of the handsets. You can look out for these phones to hit Europe and the Middle East in mid-August and Latin America and Asia later this quarter. They shouldn't be all that expensive.
Update: According to Tech Radar, LG has already decided to change the name of the newly announced Wink line-up. In the UK, they'll be part of LG's Cookie Series. There's a lot of handsets in that series so try not to get them confused.

Microsoft COO, Kevin Turner, has announced something pretty juicy and if you read the title then you already know what it is. According to him, Europe will be getting their first Windows Phone 7 handsets in October, while the US will have to wait until November. I'm going to assume that if the US is getting WinPho 7 handsets in November, then Canada could have one by the end of the year - or early next year. If you want to watch his presentation then check out the video below.

11.6-Inch Pegatron MasterPad Prototype Tablet Runs Windows 7 and Has SSD Options
With all the buzz about Android tablets and the iPad lately, Steve Ballmer must be happy with the Pegatron MasterPad tablet prototype. This tablet sports an 11.6-inch IPS touchscreen display (1,366 x 768 resolution), a 1.3MP webcam, a microphone, two USB ports, a memory card reader, a miniHDMI port, 3G connectivity, 32GB / 64GB SSD options, an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz CPU, a 2-cell battery that will unfortunately only last 5 hours, and Windows 7. Of course, it's only in prototype stage right now, but I don't think that Windows 7 would be a viable tablet OS. Maybe Windows 8 will be but Windows 7 needs a custom UI or else it'll be tough to use. Anyways, you can click on through to Engadget to check out the video of the MasterPad in action.

Sky has just announced that the Pantech Vega IM-A650S is now available from them if you want to scoop it up. This smartphone was announced two weeks ago and the specs are right on par with the HTC Desire / Nexus One if you're familiar with those phones. The Vega packs a 3.7-inch multitouch AMOLED display, a 5MP AF camera with 720p HD video recording, a digital TV tuner, 500MB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, DivX / XviD / Flash support, and a 3D UI over top of Android 2.1. Like I said, it's available now.
