Labels: , , ,

In Canada, you'll be getting another phone in November if you're looking to hop over to Mobilicity. Mobile Syrup is hearing that they'll be getting the LG (T300) Wink sometime next month. This isn't exactly the most exciting news out there since this is a pretty mid-end handset. It features a 2.4-inch touchscreen display, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an FM radio, and a microSD card slot.

LG T300 Becomes the Cookie Lite On Orange UK, "Coming Soon"

Labels: , , ,

Earlier this week LG made a couple of phones official and one of them was the LG T300. This mid-end looking handset packs a 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen display, a 1.3MP camera, an FM radio with RDS support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, and social integration. The handset is headed to Orange as the Cookie Lite and is on their Coming Soon page - according to Unwired View - but I actually can't get on the page right now because there's an error. The handset itself will reportedly be available only on PAYG but the price hasn't been tipped yet.

LG Announces Three New Phones In the Wink Series, UK Will Still Call Them Cookies

Labels: , , , ,

LG has just announced three new phones that will be a part of their Wink Series and they're all fairly mid-range. The first one is the T300 Wink which is above and it sports a 2.4-inch touchscreen display, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an FM radio, and a microSD card slot. According to the leak in June, this should also sport a 2MP camera.

The next one (above) is the T310 Wink Style and it's slightly better than the T300. The T310 features a larger 2.8-inch display along with the standard 3.5mm headphone jack, an FM radio, and a microSD card slot. The last one is below and it's the T320 Wink 3G. Sadly, it doesn't have HSDPA connectivity, just UMTS.

Clearly, most of the specs for these phones are unknown but at least we have a picture of the front of the handsets. You can look out for these phones to hit Europe and the Middle East in mid-August and Latin America and Asia later this quarter. They shouldn't be all that expensive.

Update: According to Tech Radar, LG has already decided to change the name of the newly announced Wink line-up. In the UK, they'll be part of LG's Cookie Series. There's a lot of handsets in that series so try not to get them confused.

Four LG Handsets Leak Out; the C710 (Ally Without the QWERTY), T300, T310, and A130

Labels: , , , , ,

All of this is starting to get confusing now. First it was the Verizon LG Ally which people were expecting to be the "Aloha" and now it's the C710 (here) that has just leaked out - which is also nothing like the "Aloha." The "Aloha" is expected to sport a 3.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, a 5MP AF camera, and a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU but that's not what we're seeing today. The LG C710 has leaked out (above) and it's basically the Ally without a QWERTY keyboard - it's headed to Brazil.

The T300 (here and pictured above) and the T310 (here) from LG have leaked out as well. The T300 is said to feature a touchscreen display along with a 2MP camera and could launch as the Cookie Light. The T310 (below) is sporting a slightly larger display (than the T300) but that's really all we know about it right now. Last, and least, is the A130 (here) which is another one of LG's flip phones. This will have EDGE connectivity along with an FM radio.
