As expected, T-Mobile USA has finally released the Motorola Charm. This Android-based smartphone is going for $74.99 on a 2-year contract after rebates and it's also $269.99 if you want to get it contract-free. For a refresher, this handset packs a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, a 3MP camera, a microSD card slot, a QWERTY keyboard, WiFi support, and Android 2.1 with MOTOBLUR. Check it out on T-Mobile.

Yes, the Motorola Charm may be available on Telus in Canada where you can choose the lengthy 3-year contract, but what about for Americans? That's where T-Mobile USA comes in to the rescue. They have just tweeted that the smartphone will be available starting on August 25th, but the price wasn't mentioned. The Charm packs a 3MP camera, a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, WiFi support, a microSD card slot, a QWERTY keyboard, and Android 2.1 with MOTOBLUR for some social networking integration. If you live in Canada and you've been waiting for the Motorola Charm then the wait is over. Telus has just released the Android-based smartphone for $29.99 on a 3-year contract, $149.99 on a 2-year contract, $199.99 on a 1-year contract, and $249.99 contract-free. In case you forgot, the Charm packs a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, a 3MP AF camera, WiFi support, a microSD card slot, and the MOTOBLUR skin so there's social integration. Well, it looks like Best Buy USA may have just leaked the pricing for the upcoming Motorola (MB502) Charm which is going to be hitting T-Mobile. Apparently, it'll be available for $249.99 contract-free and it's coming soon. That's really all you need know so check it out on Best Buy here.

Keep in mind that the unit pictured above is just a dummy unit, but you can expect it to actually be released in a few days / weeks.

Well, it's finally official. The Motorola Charm was just announced and it has a unique style compared to other Android phones out there. It sports a 2.8-inch touchscreen display along with a QWERTY keyboard for easy typing. The software is Android 2.1 with their own Motoblur skin. On the back there's a touchpad along with a 3MP camera. They said that it's hitting T-Mobile later this Summer, so hopefully that means later this month.

There's really not much to tell you here. The Motorola Charm has just been spotted in the wild. It should be hitting T-Mobile USA in the near future. Apparently, on the back of the handset you'll find a touchpad - like you'll find on the Backflip - and the display is about 3-inches. Look out for it towards the end of this month.

The leaked ad you see above fully tells us that T-Mobile will be cutting the prices on a bunch of handsets right before school starts. This includes the Samsung :), the Gravity T, the Gravity 3, and the Motorola Charm (or Basil). The first three handsets are actually available on the carrier right now but they're not free on a 2-year contract. The last handset is Android-based and it hasn't even been made official yet, so look out for it soon. It should be launching for $74.99 on a 2-year contract though.

It looks like some possible T-Mobile USA prices have just leaked out. In the image above it says that the Motorola Charm (which may turn out to be the Basil) will be available for $74.99 on a 2-year contract and for $269.99 contract-free. Judging by the high price of the Samsung Supersonic, it's probably T-Mobile's Galaxy S variant - the Vibrant. Apparently, it'll be going for $499.99 contract-free. It's just starting to get exciting.

As you can see from the picture above a new handset should be headed to T-Mobile USA. The document clearly shows a smartphone and it looks a whole lot like the Motorola Charm. Apparently, the smartphone will hit T-Mobile with just about the worst name possible, the Motorola Basil. Oh well, it is just a name...

This is unconfirmed right now, but it's looking pretty legit. The fat phone you see above is reportedly headed to T-Mobile USA and will be called the Motorola Charm. This smartphone will be running on Android 2.1 along with "enhanced Motoblur." The handset will, of course, have a physical QWERTY keyboard along with social integration. This same Motoblur experience could find its way onto the CLIQ and the CLIQ XT as well, so maybe there's an update coming soon.
