Okay, so when you talk about RIM and BlackBerry nowadays people mention the Torch (even in Canada). Some people hate it and some people love it but that doesn't mean that RIM is shying away from their Curve and Bold line-ups. The internal document (above) has leaked out and it shows that RIM will be updating their Bold 9700 and it'll have the same look to it - only some specs will change. Everything that has been upgraded is highlighted in blue so this includes: OS 6.0 pre-installed, 512MB of RAM, a microSD card slot (that'll support 32GB cards), and a 5MP camera with a flash (with autofocus). It wouldn't really make sense for RIM to launch this as the BlackBerry Bold 9020 (since it has the R020 model number), so maybe it'll launch as the Bold 9720 since it's a slight upgrade - or this could possibly be the Bold 9780.

Well, here's some good news to people who have access to SaskTel in Canada. The carrier has just announced that they'll be launching the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant in the near future for $150 on a 3-year contract. The contract-free price is still unknown but the spec sheet is one of the best on the market right now so that's good enough. It's running Android 2.1 with the Touchwiz UI. Check it out here.
