MTS has just detailed four handsets that they'll be launching soon. This includes the BlackBerry Torch, Bold 9780, and the Nokia C6-00. Yes, they'll also be launching the iPhone 4. It took them long enough but it's finally here. WIND Mobile in Canada has just released the BlackBerry Bold 9780 for $450 contract-free. This is one of the best BlackBerry's on the market right now and ships with the Webkit browser along with OS 6.0. You'll also find a 2.4-inch display, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash WiFi / Bluetooth / GPS support, and a microSD card slot (2GB included) on this one. Check it out on WIND.

WIND Mobile in Canada looks like they're gearing up to release the BlackBerry Bold 9780. The inventory screenshot above shows that the smartphone from RIM is there and the Bold 9700's stock levels are dwindling. When they're out of the Bold 9700, you'll likely be seeing the 9780 go up for sale. The 9780 ships with OS 6.0 along with the WebKit browser so it may be worth the wait.

After quite a long wait, Rogers has finally decided that it was finally time to release the white BlackBerry Bold 9780. They aren't the first carrier in Canada to launch the white model of this smartphone so you might've already seen it before. Specs stay the exact same so you still get OS 6.0 with the WebKit browser. SaskTel in Canada released the red BlackBerry Torch yesterday and they've released the white model of the BlackBerry Bold 9780 today. This is available right now for $100 on a 3-year contract, $400 on a 2-year contract, $500 on a 1-year contract, and $570 contract-free. This RIM smartphone packs a 624MHz CPU, a 2.4-inch display, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash, Bluetooth / WiFi support, a microSD card slot, and OS 6.0 with the WebKit browser. Yes, SaskTel has just released it for $100 on a 3-year contract, $400 on a 2-year contract, $500 on a 1-year contract, and $570 contract-free. The 3-year price is one of the best deals out there right now while the contract-free price is quite expensive. Virgin Mobile had a pretty good day today, they actually released three smartphones. The first two are above and it's the black and white BlackBerry Bold 9780. Yes, out of all the carriers in Canada, Virgin has actually become the first one to launch the white model. Check out the white model here and the black model here; they're both available for $124.99 on the 3-year SuperTab contract and $499.99 contract-free.

The other smartphone is what I think the better choice is. Virgin Mobile has also released the Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant which features Android 2.1 underneath the Touchwiz 3.0 UI. It's packing a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, a 5MP AF camera with 720p HD video recording capabilities, Bluetooth 3.0 / WiFi b/g/n / GPS support, a 1GHz Hummingbird CPU, and a microSD card slot. At this point Rogers in Canada has already launched the black models of both the BlackBerry Bold 9780 and the BlackBerry Torch. Apparently though, they'll be launching white models of each of these smartphones which is great news because they both look quite sexy. I prefer my devices black, but I know there are people out there who love the white models. You can look out for them to launch soon.

This whole week is pretty much launch galore all over the world, yes, that includes Canada. There was the Windows Phone 7 launch on Monday and a few carriers have already released the BlackBerry Bold 9780. Virgin Mobile has just announced that they'll be launching the 9780 on Friday, November 12th for $124.99 on a 3-year (Super Tab) contract and $499.99 contract-free. A white model will be available at launch, but there should be a black one as well.

Thanks to another tip from Best Buy Canada we now know that Telus intends to launch the BlackBerry Bold 9780 for $99.99 on a 3-year contract and $499.99 contract-free.
