If you take a look at Sony Ericsson's Canadian website, the XPERIA Neo looks like it's "coming soon." We don't know which carrier this will be hitting but it has already passed the FCC with support for 3G bands on the major three Canadian carriers. This handset features a 3.7-inch WVGA display, an 8MP camera with 720p HD video recording, Bluetooth / WiFi support, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a microSD card slot, and Android 2.3 with a custom UI. Check it out on Sony Ericsson.

Once again, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Neo has just been caught sneaking through the FCC. This time around it has 850/1900MHz bands which is perfect for AT&T in the US and a bunch of major carriers in Canada so this is definitely great news. Don't be surprised if this one gets announced for Canada or AT&T in the near future, cause it'll be a pretty good addition to any carrier if it's priced right. Check it out at the FCC.

It looks like two Sony Ericsson Android handsets are headed to Canada's Rogers sometime in the future. It's going to be the recently announced XPERIA Play gaming smartphone and the XPERIA Arc which was announced at CES earlier this year. These handsets will reportedly be available starting in Spring but not even a month was given. It's still early so the price is still TBD.
Update: According to MobileBurn, these two handsets along with the XPERIA Neo will be hitting T-Mobile UK as well!
