HTC Announces the Sensation XL Smartphone, Hitting Vodafone UK

Labels: , , , , , ,

HTC has just announced their latest gargantuan smartphone, the Sensation XL. The display is a 4.7-inch Super LCD display with an upsetting 480 x 800 resolution. The rest of the specs are good though: a single-core 1.5GHz CPU, an 8MP camera with only 720p video recording, a front-facing 1.3MP camera, 768MB of RAM, 16GB of storage (only 12.6GB available), Beats Audio, an aluminum 9.9mm thin body, and Android with the Sense UI. This one's not coming to the US though so you're going to have to get your Android cure elsewhere. This will be hitting the market this November and Vodafone UK will deliver it in the UK.

HTC Kingdom and HTC Rider Leak, Both Running Android With Sense

Labels: , , , ,

On the Chinese market, it looks like two phones have leaked: the HTC Kingdom (above) and the HTC Rider (below). The Kingdom looks a whole lot the HTC Sensation so it might get a name change when it launches in Asia. This one reportedly features a qHD display which lines up perfectly. The one below looks like a whole lot like Sprint's HTC EVO line-up since it has rounded touch buttons below the display. Maybe it'll be sporting a smaller 4-inch display with 4G connectivity if it hits the US. That's just a guess.
