Looks like the Samsung Galaxy W has just leaked in the wild and, yes, it's the white model. This smartphone packs a 3.7-inch WVGA display, a 1.4GHz CPU, a 5MP camera, HSDPA connectivity, and the Android OS. This one could be announced at IFA next week but we don't know when or where it'll launch.

Although the picture you see above is the Samsung Infuse 4G, apparently the company has a larger smartphone in the works. Yahoo News Korea is reporting that Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy Q at IFA 2011 this September. This large smartphone is said to pack a whopping 5.3-inch display, 3G WCDMA / 4G LTE support, and the Android OS, obviously. The display type is unknown right now but it could be a Super AMOLED+ with an unknown resolution. Either way, it's a bit too large for me to handle.

This smartphone was actually mentioned last year by the Korea Times as well but it was said to be a much different phone. Last year's rumours said that the Galaxy Q would be similar to a BlackBerry on steroids but that doesn't appear to be the case anymore.

IFA this year should be a pretty big event because it always is. This year Archos plans to make a big splash at the event. The rumour mill is spinning and says that the company could be planning to unveil 7 and 10-inch high-end tablets at the event. Hardware and even software is still unknown but I'm assuming a dual-core CPU, dual cameras, a high-res display, and the Android "Honeycomb" OS.
