AT&T has finally released one of the most powerful smartphones to date and it's the Android powered and Tegra 2 packing Motorola Atrix 4G. This is available on the carrier right now for $!99.99 on a 2-year contract. Specs include a 4-inch display (540 x 960 resolution), the aforementioned 1GHz dual-core CPU, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash and 720p HD video recording (1080p at a later date), WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 2.1 support, HSPA+ connectivity, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 1GB of RAM, and Android 2.2 with MOTOBLUR. Of course, you can also get the $499 laptop dock either separately or with the handset itself. I honestly think that the handset is definitely worth the price so check it out on AT&T.

Update: This smartphone is also available on RadioShack and Amazon for $149.99 on a 2-year contract. The best deal you'll find is at your local Walmart where it's actually just $129.99.
