Two handsets are now available on Rogers, the
BlackBerry Pearl 3G (9100) and the
Acer Liquid E. The Pearl 3G is now available on their website
here for $49.99 on a 3-year contract, $324.99 on a 2-year contract, $374.99 on a 1-year contract, and $424.99 contract-free. This handset is the latest offering from RIM and features the SureType QWERTY keyboard, a 3.2MP camera, WiFi 802.11n / GPS support, and a microSD card slot.
The other handset is the Acer Liquid E. This Android-based handset is available
here for the exact same prices as the Pearl 3G. This features a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, an underclocked (768MHz) Snapdragon CPU, a 5MP camera, GPS / Bluetooth / WiFi support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot (2GB card in the box), and Android 2.1.
