Thanks to another tip from Best Buy Canada we now know that Telus intends to launch the BlackBerry Bold 9780 for $99.99 on a 3-year contract and $499.99 contract-free. This smartphone should be available sometime this week unless things get delayed again. In the meantime you can check it out on Best Buy.

It looks like Verizon may have a new smartphone up its sleeve and it's reportedly the HTC Incredible HD. This smartphone is said to possibly feature 4G LTE connectivity along with a display which has a better resolution than the regular WVGA (480 x 800) that you're used to seeing. This smartphone is said to feature a 4.3-inch display, an 8MP camera with a dual-LED flash, and an aluminum unibody design. The release date is unknown right now but it could make an appearance at CES 2011 since Verizon's 4G launch is said to be before the end of this year.
