Okay, so you just bought StarCraft II last week and you're having problems getting into Diamond. To get your APM up you may need something that Logitech has announced. The company has just announced the G700 gaming mouse, the G510 gaming keyboard, and the G930 wireless gaming headset which won't help you in any way. The G700 will feature 13 buttons with macro support, a dual-mode scroll wheel, and an optional plug-in USB cable so that can charge it and play at the same time.

Next up is the G510 keyboard which sports a small LCD display, 18 programmable keys with macro support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and will recognize five simultaneous keypresses. Last, but not least, is the G930 headset which features 7.1-channel surround sound and three programmable shortcut keys. These are all available right now for $99.99 (here), $119.99 (here), and $159.99 (here), respectively. Okay, so maybe these peripherals would be better if you still played WoW.

Update: Engadget has just reviewed the G700 mouse and the G930 headset. They didn't get their fingers on the keyboard so you'll have to look elsewhere for that.

Commodore looks like they have something up their sleeve. Apparently, this was briefly shown on their official website. It's a photo of a keyboard PC - kind of reminds you of Asus' Eee Keyboard PC, doesn't it? Well, this keyboard PC reportedly features an Intel Atom CPU, wireless HDMI, Nvidia Ion graphics, a resistive touchscreen display, and 5-hours of battery life. Of course, there's no price or release date for this upcoming keyboard PC.

Update: According to Crunch Gear, this keyboard PC will actually be named the Invictus.

Amazon (here) looks like they have just put a page for the upcoming Asus Eee Keyboard PC, without a picture. It looks like it'll be priced at $599, which is quite a bit considering what you get. Last year's Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 16GB SSD, a 5-inch multitouch display with a 480 x 800 resolution, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 2.1 support, an Ethernet / HDMI port, three USB 2.0 ports, and Windows XP Home. It's up for pre-order and it's reportedly shipping on April 23rd.

The Microsoft Arc keyboard launched in January of this year and it was only available in black. Amazon USA is now offering the white model which has a hint of a lime green colour on the bottom. There's not much left to tell you here, so you can go out an order one now if you want. Check it out on Amazon here for $59.95.

This is a pretty interesting keyboard from Mad Catz and it has just passed the FCC which means that it's on track to possibly launch this Spring (like anytime now). It's the Eclipse Lifetouch and it was being showcased at CES. The interesting part is that it has an LCD touchscreen on the right side that has a total of three different modes of buttons: one for a numeric keypad, one for a media mode, and the other is the MyEclipse customizable mode. It's a pretty interesting keyboard, but I still want the Logitech Wave. Anyways, the wired model will be launching for $99, while the wireless version should cost $129. As expected Apple have just updated their iMacs, their plastic MacBooks, their Mac Mini, and have released their new Magic Mouse (replacing the Mighty Mouse). The new iMacs now come in 21.5 (1,920 x 1,080 resolution) and 27-inch (2,560 x 1,440 resolution) sizes (larger than the old 20 and 24-inch models) and they sport a 16:9 aspect ratio, an IPS panel, and a 178-degree viewing angle. These LED-backlit iMacs come packed with: Intel Core 2 Duo / Core i7 / Core i5 CPU options, an SD card, an optical drive, up to 16GB of RAM, up to a 2TB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 9400M / ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics. The 21.5 and 27-inch iMacs are now available for $1,199 USD and $1,699 USD, respectively. These new iMacs come with Apple's wireless keyboard and mouse. Yeup, no Blu-ray here. The plastic "low-end" MacBooks got a slight design overhaul now sporting a unibody design - with a curvy body. They still feature an LED-backlit display and a multitouch trackpad, so that's good. The cheapest MacBook still costs $999 USD, but will feature: a 2.26GHz CPU, 2GB of RAM (up to 8GB), Nvidia GeForce 9400M graphics, and a 250GB HDD. The new MacBooks are slightly thinner than the old models and, of course, a non-swappable battery that should last 7 hours. Check it out on Apple's website here.

Apple has also decided to slightly upgrade their Mac Minis. They may look the same, but as usual it's the internal components that have changed. The new $599 Mac Mini now features: a 2.26GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, 2GB of RAM, and a 160GB HDD. The higher-end $799 USD model now features: a 2.53GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, 4GB of RAM, and a 320GB HDD. Thankfully, both models also come packed with an 8x SuperDrive and the same Nvidia GeForce 9400M graphics.

Apple also went on to introduce a Mac Mini server. The Mac Mini server throws away the optical drive and allow you to sub in a second hard drive. The $999 model comes packed with: two 500GB HDDs (that's 1TB in total, kiddos!), an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz CPU, 4GB of RAM, Nvidia GeForce 9400M graphics, and, sadly, no DisplayPort. The only absolutely positively new product from Apple today is what you see above: The Apple Magic Mouse - that replaces the Mighty Mouse. This Bluetooth mouse appears to have no buttons, but it actually sports a "multitouch surface." Like the MacBook trackpads, you'll be able to use multitouch gestures, but it will not feature pinch and zoom, which sucks - I guess. Apple has mentioned that this mouse will last four months and it's now available for $69.99 USD. Check it out on Apple's website here - by the way, it comes with the iMac if you choose the right option.

Update: According to Engadget, Apple has also released a new Apple remote with an aluminum body that costs $19 USD. If you're lazy enough to own this, then you'll be able to control your iPod, your iPhone, or your Mac without even touching them. If you want to control your iPod / iPhone, you'll of course have to spend another $49 on a dock. Check it out on Apple's website here.

Back in August, we saw the Asus Eee Keyboard PC at the FCC, but now they have more details for us. Well, the most interesting news here is that the Keyboard PC will have a UWB (Ultra Wide Broadband) port so that you can "transmit audio / video wirelessly. Up to 720P quality / within a 5-meter range, or 10 meters for non-video." The transmitter and receiver actually has another HDMI output, two USB 2.0 ports, and a mini USB port.

Everything else we already know about: an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz CPU, a 16GB / 32GB SSD, WiFi 802.11n, VGA / HDMI output, three USB 2.0 ports, integrated stereo speakers, Bluetooth support, a 5-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 800 resolution, and Windows XP. However, we're willing to bet that there'll be a Windows 7 option as well. It's expected to launch sometime this month, but don't be surprised if it falls back to early next month.

It looks like that rumoured iMac / Mac Mini / plastic MacBook refresh could be coming very, very soon. According to the latest rumour, Apple will be launching all of these new products on October 7th to 9th of this year. This means that we could see the refresh by the end of this week. Could it really be true? If this is true, I hope we'll also see the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse that just passed the FCC.

Microsoft has just announced and released their Bluetooth Mobile keyboard and number pad. As you can see, they're both really thin and they actually look pretty sleek. Although I still prefer the Logitech Wave, this keyboard takes a close second place. The keyboard is now available for $90 and the number pad is another $50. Look above and you'll notice that this keyboard has an integrated trackpad, which - I think - is an awesome idea. The arrow keys have been moved to underneath the right Shift key to make room for the trackpad. This keyboard is Adesso's AKB-440 and you can actually get one now for around $59.99 USD.
