Mobile Syrup has just confirmed that the HTC ChaCha will be hitting Telus in Canada. You may know that this QWERTY Android phone packs some deep Facebook integration. The boot-up animation that you see above confirms it but it's unknown exactly when it'll be available on the carrier. I guess you'll have to wait for it if you want it.

BGR has just officially confirmed that the HTC ChaCha will be hitting AT&T in the US - following the leaks - as the HTC Status. The handset sports a QWERTY keyboard and packs some Facebook integration which could be a nice touch if you're always on the website. Furthermore, the HTC Salsa apparently won't be hitting AT&T in the near future and may actually never get launched on the carrier.

Coming from PocketNow is what you see above. Yes, it's a leak and it's regarding AT&T's upcoming devices. It includes the BlackBerry 9810 (Torch 2), Huawei Dola, HTC ChaCha (lele) which are due for a Q2 launch - expect them in June. Apparently, the ZTE Alicanto and the Samsung Habrok are expected to launch in Q3 of this year. Not much is known about the Pantech Bannik and the HTC Hydra though.
Specs for most of these are unknown but we do know that the Dola (U8800) features a 3.8-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, HSPA+ support, and Android 2.2. The Bannik (P8000) is said to feature 512MB of RAM, and Android 2.2 as well but the price is unknown.

If you live in the UK then you might want to head over the Amazon if you're obsessed with Facebook. HTC's two Facebook phones, the ChaCha and the Salsa have just popped up online for £250 ($409 USD) and £320 ($524 USD), respectively. The ChaCha only has a 2.6-inch display along with a QWERTY keyboard while the Salsa has a 3.4-inch display that you'll have to type on. Sadly, they're both powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm CPU which could be too slow for you. Check them out here and here, respectively, now if you want to, but they'll be delivered on June 26th.

HTC has just unveiled what just seemed like a crazy rumour. Yup, these are Android-based handsets with a Facebook button awkwardly on the front of them. The one above is the HTC Salsa while the one below is the HTC Chacha - weird names for weird devices, I see. Both of these handsets are expected to launch in late Q2 of this year so quite possibly in June. If you want to check out the specs then check them out below.
The above handset is the HTC Salsa and it packs a 3.4-inch touchscreen display with a 320 x 480 resolution, a 600MHz CPU, 512MB of ROM / RAM, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash, a front-facing camera, a 12.3mm body, and Android 2.4 with the Sense UI. This handset is barely different from the HTC Legend but people will likely still go out and buy one.
The other "Facebook phone" is the HTC Chacha. This one packs a 2.6-inch display, a QWERTY keyboard, 512MB of ROM / RAM, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash, a front-facing camera, a 600MHz CPU, a 10.7mm thin body (with a slight chin), and Android with the Sense UI.
Update: Facebook has mentioned that you can expect a "dozen" of these phones this year and these are the first two.
