Huawei S7 Tablet Runs Android, Shows Up At Computex

Labels: , , , , , ,

We heard about the Huawei S7 a couple of weeks ago and it decided to make an appearance at Computex. We already know that this tablet is rocking a 7-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, phone functionalities, 720p HD video playback support, WiFi / Bluetooth support, and Android 2.1. It's going to be powered by a Snapdragon CPU - likely the 1GHz single-core model. We don't know the targeted price or the release date right now so we're still going to have to sit tight for that.

Update: According to Engadget, the S7 definitely features the Qualcomm 1GHz MSM8250 Snapdragon CPU. Other specs include a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microSD card slot. Check out their website for a short video.
