Samsung has just unveiled their first dual-SIM handset that has 3G connectivity, dubbed the B7722 / B7702. This handset is rocking a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with an awkward 240 x 432 resolution, WiFi support, an FM radio, a 5MP camera, and some social integration. This handset also features EDGE / HSDPA connectivity and should be hitting Asia, Europe and Africa fairly soon. Apparently, Europe will get it sometime next month (June) and it'll cost you $400.
