Google TV Set-Top Box Won't Replace Your Current One, Will Feature WiFi, Android, and Chrome
We heard rumours about a bunch of companies coming together to make some sort of Google TV project. Apparently, this won't replace your current set-top box but it's something that will accompany it instead. Of course, this Google TV box will have things like an HDMI output and WiFi / Ethernet so that you can get on to Youtube, etc. You'll reportedly be able to browse the web with Google's own Chrome browser on its Android OS (weird). This is rumoured to be launching for $299 whenever they're ready along with a $10 to $15 monthly fee. Apple TV vs Google TV, will both of them be the future?
