Palm Pixi Caught On Video Running WebOS 1.3.1

Earlier this month we heard that the Palm Pixi would be shipping with a new version of WebOS and it looks like that news proved to be true. Today, this video has popped up online and it shows us that the Palm Pixi will, at least, be running WebOS 1.3.1.
