Sony Ericsson Shows Off Kiki, Launching it as the XPERIA Pureness This November

Labels: , , , , , ,

Remember the Sony Ericsson Kiki handset? Well, Sony decided to show it off again at IFA this year. Instead of showing off the XPERIA X3, they decided to show off this handset. They will be launching it as the XPERIA Pureness. The details on this handset are scarce, but we do know that the display is transparent. I don't know whether this will prove to be a good or bad thing. Maybe this phone will be legal to use while driving, since you can text and pay attention to your driving at the same time - I mean, if you're good enough.

This handset will be available in November 2009 and they've mentioned that this is "a work of art rather than technology." I'm going to guess that means it will be expensive - kind of like a luxury handset. Underneath the video is Engadget's hands-on photo of the XPERIA Pureness.
