The T-Mobile G1 v2 aka Bigfoot aka "Morrison" will be available this October for $148 USD at Wal-Mart. As you can see in the picture, the G1 v2 will have an "HTC-style" slide-out QWERTY keyboard, which I'm absolutely loving. Hmm, so it's running Android, has a QWERTY keyboard, and has a touchscreen. Sounds right for me.
