HP Mini 1151 Netbook Hitting Verizon On May 17; MiFi Too!

Labels: , ,

Verizon has just confirmed that the first netbook they will release will be the HP Mini 1151NR, which apparently is the same as the HP Mini 1000. It will be available on May 17 and the supposed price will be $199 USD on a 2-year contract "after MIR" - I don't know what that means. There will be a monthly fee, but it's unknown how much the monthly fee will be. Some people are guessing a $40 or $60 fee, which would make the netbook a bit too overpriced ($960 - $1,440). On May 17 Verizon is also launching MiFi, which is another way to access the Internet.

I am impressed by the features of HP Mini 1151NR netbook. The design is very sleek. The on and off switch is located on the front of the notebook and is a slider. The battery life is very satisfying. For more details refer hp mini 1151 nr netbook
