Just like we heard last week, at CEATEC Panasonic unveiled their 50-inch 3D plasma HDTV. Unfortunately, you'll still need to wear those dorky glasses to get the 3D effect. Engadget seemed to like the TV set and they mentioned that the G-Force demo "looked downright stunning, with depth being easily perceived and fast moving action whisking about seamlessly." I'm definitely excited to see more of this TV in the future.

Although it's not available yet, the Telus Samsung U450 Intensity has just been priced on Best Buy's website here. As you can see in the above photo it will be prepaid for $99.99 CAD. As a refresher this handset has: a 2.1-inch display with a 176 x 220 resolution, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3MP camera, and a microSD card slot. It should be launching pretty soon.

Update: According to Mobile Syrup, Telus has just launched the Samsung Intensity. The Best Buy link has been pulled, since it's available for a lot cheaper. This handset is now available for $29.99 CAD on a 3-year contract, $129.99 on a 2-year contract, $179.99 on a 1-year contract, and $229.99 contract-free. Check it out here.
