Asus Eee Slate EP121 tablet running full-blown Windows 7 is now available for $999.99. That's the 32GB (SSD) model, the 64GB (SSD) model is going for $1,099.99. Beneath the large 12.1-inch (1,280 x 800 resolution) display, you'll be getting an Intel Core i5-470UM CPU, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, Intel HD graphics, a miniHDMI port, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, a 2MP webcam, two USB 2.0 ports, a 2-in-1 card reader, a digitizer, a 4-cell battery that might only last about 4 hours, and Windows 7 Home Premium.
It looks like a decent tablet on paper but we're going to have to get someone to video review this one and see if Windows 7 works on this overpriced but powerful tablet. Check it out on
