Sony Vaio With AMD Zacate Chipset Breaks Loose, Only Lasts 3 Hours On Battery
Sony has just revealed their own little netbook that's running on AMD's latest Zacate chipset. Beneath the 11.6-inch display, you'll find a dual-core E-350 APU clocking in at 1.6GHz. This exact model that Engadget managed to get their hands on at CES features 4GB of RAM, a 500GB HDD, WiFi 802.11n / Bluetooth support, and an HDMI output. Sadly, they mentioned that this netbook only managed to survive for 3 hours and 6 minutes on a charge so you're going to want to choose a larger battery if you do decide to use this one unplugged for a lengthy amount of time.
