Acer Unveils 10.1-Inch AMD-Powered Windows 7 Tablet

Labels: , , , ,

Acer may be focusing on Android but that doesn't mean that they don't have other tablets in the works. At their event, they also unveiled a 10.1-inch Windows 7 based tablet. This one is going to be packing an AMD CPU, a 1.3MP rear and front-facing camera, an HDD of unknown storage, and WiFi / 3G support. If you're planning to lug this around then you might want to keep in mind that it's 15mm thick and weighs around 2.2 pounds. This will, apparently, be available in February 2011, but the price (as usual) wasn't mentioned.
