We've heard that Apple will be making a 7-inch iPad for a while now but, of course, it's just a rumour. The latest rumour states that this 7-inch model of theirs will sport a Retina Display (another name for a high resolution display) along with a model sporting 128GB of on-board storage. Thankfully, the rumour also mentions that this iPad will also pack a micro / mini USB port which would be great. So maybe Apple has been in talks with Hitachi to use their new
6.6-inch UXGA (1,600 x 1,200) resolution IPS display that they just showed off at CEATEC (pictured above). That would be amazing.
