For some reason it's dubbed a tablet, the Archos 32 PMP is now available for $149.99 if you're willing to pick one up. This device features a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, an ARM Cortex A8 800MHz CPU, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR / WiFi b/g/n support, a microphone, and Android 2.2. The battery life is said to be 24 hours of audio and 6 hours of video which is pretty decent. Check it out on Archos.
