Surprisingly enough, it's been a while since we heard about a new netbook and it looks Dell has stepped in to break that silence. Dell has just introduced the Inspiron Mini 1018 netbook and it's available in a couple of places in Europe only (for now). The Mini 1018 features a 10.1-inch display with a 1,024 x 600 resolution, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD, and Windows 7 Starter Edition. Some differences between this model and past Inspiron Mini models is that this one sports an Intel Atom N455 1.66GHz CPU (support for DDR3 RAM), a touchpad with two separate buttons for right and left clicks, and the whole netbook is now one colour (instead of two).
