A new handset from Samsung has just hit the FCC (filing here) and it also hit the WiFi Alliance (here). This is the Samsung i5500 and it'll be a part of their Corby line-up. This is going to be the first Corby handset that will be running Android and it'll be version 2.1. The handset itself features WiFi, Bluetooth / GPS support, a touchscreen display, and a camera. Unfortunately, the model that was spotted at the FCC didn't have 3G support, but there'll likely be a model with it. This handset will reportedly be priced at €200 ($254 USD).
