Nokia N8 Now Official, Sports 12MP Camera and 3.5-Inch Display; Coming In Q3

Labels: , ,

It's already been reviewed by Eldar Murtazin of Mobile-Review and Nokia has just made their N8 smartphone official. The full spec sheet for this handset already leaked out, so we know everything already. It's launching in Q3 of this year for €370 ($494 USD) and it'll be running on Symbian^3, which apparently isn't all that great. The highlights of this phone are its 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display, an HDMI output, a 12MP AF camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and Xenon flash (and HD video recording), a microSD card slot, 16GB of internal storage, and access to the Ovi Store along with Ovi Maps. Of course, the new OS brings multitouch and keeps the same old multitasking. Look out for it in Q3.
