T-Mobile UK will be getting the larger 15-inch ICD tablet and it looks like Verizon has locked up the smaller 7-inch ICD Ultra tablet. This tablet has a touchscreen display, Nvidia's Tegra 2 chipset, a 4G Motorola LTE modem, WiFi b/g / Bluetooth 2.1 support, and the Android OS. Verizon is still testing out the tablet themselves and they also expect 25 to 30 4G markets by the end of this year. The price and availability hasn't been mentioned, but we're hoping that it'll be by the end of this year.
