Nokia 12.1MP Cameraphone Spotted on Flickr -- Confirmed to be Fake

A recent cameraphone has just been found on Flickr that could possibly be the first pictures of Nokia's first 12.1MP cameraphone. Keep in mind that this is still unconfirmed at the time and this could actually be a fake picture. If this photo is real, the rumours stated that we'll see Nokia's first 12MP camera in 2010.
