Lenovo Releases 0.83-Inch Thick ThinkPad T400s

Labels: ,

Today, Lenovo announced their latest ThinkPad, the T400s, and it's pretty powerful, thin, and light. This 14.1-inch notebook is just 0.83-inches thick and weighs under 4 pounds. The specs also don't disappoint with: an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz CPU, a 250GB HDD / 128GB SSD, a DVD burner / Blu-ray player, a multitouch trackpad, Ethernet, a built-in USB  / eSATA port, WiFi, possible WiMAX, WWAN, Bluetooth, an ExpressCard slot, and a battery long enough to last 6 hours - or so they say. This slim notebook also has a VGA and a DisplayPort output and also has support for Lenovo's ConstantConnect and Protect technologies.

Lenovo wasn't finished there though. They also decided to tweak the keyboard a wee bit. They made the Delete and Escape buttons larger, while squeezing the keyboard closer together so that crumbs won't fall through the spaces as easily. You can scoop up the new Lenovo ThinkPad T400s now for a base price of $1,599 USD.
