New 17-Inch iMac Is Actually The Old 17-inch iMac

Looks like that so-called 17-inch "new" iMac is not as new as everyone thought it was. It's the old "polycarbonate" iMac, maybe that's why it's targeted for students. It's still going for the same $899 USD price, but expect to pay over $1,000 USD when you upgrade some of its underwhelming specs.
