Like the Dell SX2210 LCD monitor I talked about this morning, the BenQ E2400HD LCD monitor will also support full 1080p HD. This beautifully designed monitor has a 24-inch display with a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 2ms response time, and has a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. A lot of people much prefer the 16:10 aspect ratio, but if you want to get rid of those ugly black bars on the top and bottom of those HD movies then you should try this monitor out. A lot of people complain because they're simply not used to it and don't enjoy it as much. Anyways, the LCD monitor has DVI as well as HDMI connectivity and a microphone / headphone jack. The official BenQ website has the monitor available for $400 USD, but you can probably find it hovering around the $350 mark if you look hard enough.

The Asus Eee PC 1000HA is now available and with the handy-dandy chiclet keyboard. You'll find the chiclet keyboard on various Apple laptops (MacBook), so it's not the newest thing around. The keyboard looks great but the netbook itself only comes in black - no white version. The 1000HE may be a better option, but for the 1000HA you will have an Intel N270 1.6GHz Atom CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD, a battery life that will last around 7 hours, and it will run on Windows XP Home. The Asus Eee PC 1000HA is now available for around $350 USD.
