MSI Announces Their CX623 Notebook With Automatic GPU Switching and Core i5
MSI has just announced their latest notebook that's a part of their Classic notebook series. This one's the CX623 which sports a 15.6-inch display, an Intel Core i5 CPU, 2 DDR3 RAM slots, a 320GB / 500GB HDD, Nvidia's GeForce 310M graphics, a 6-cell battery, and Windows 7 Home Premium. MSI opted to use their own automatic graphic switching technology (instead of Nvidia's Optimus), called GPU Boost Technology.
Other specs include a 4-in-1 card reader, HDMI / two USB 2.0 ports, an eSATA / USB port, a 1.3MP webcam, two speakers, and WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth support. The price or the expected release date wasn't mentioned. Check out what MSI had to say on their official site here.
