The specs for the Verizon-bound Motorola WX445 have just leaked out and it's definitely a mid-level handset. This handset sports a 3-inch QVGA touchscreen display, a Qualcomm 528MHz CPU, 256MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM, a 3MP fixed-focus camera, a trackpad on the back, and Android 2.1 with a hint of the Blur UI. WSJ: WP7 Handsets Being Announced On October 11th, AT&T Getting Them On November 8th

Labels: , , , , , , ,

According to the WSJ, AT&T will be unveiling Windows Phone 7 handsets in just over a week - on October 11th - and the release date could actually be on November 8th. Of course, this is just a rumour right now but we do know that the launch is definitely coming up sometime this month. Launch devices are said to be one from LG, Samsung, and HTC and AT&T will be getting all three of these handsets. Looks like they really are the premiere carrier - so how about Canada? Any bets on the three phones? I'm going to say the HTC Mondrian, Samsung Cetus, and the LG (E900) Optimus 7.
