Chatr has released their latest handset and this time it's coming from Sony Ericsson. The txt pro (CK15a) is now available as "The Speedster" even though there isn't a speedy CPU inside of it. They're likely referring to you being able to text message fast though, since it features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that you'll be able to use. It also features a 3-inch touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera, WiFi support, and Facebook / Twitter integration. This one's available for $125 contract-free which isn't bad at all. Check it out on Chatr.

The laptops also feature some high-end tech (USB Charger+, instant-on, ICEpower) so maybe that's why it's so expensive. The 15.6-incher is set to be available later this month for €1,100 or $1,500 USD, while the larger one will be available next month (October) for €1,350 or $1,800 USD.

HTC Holding a Press Event On September 20th, Hopefully New Devices Are On the Way
HTC's last event may have been lackluster since all they did was talk about their devices having Beats Audio. The company is gearing up for another event on September 20 and this time they should definitely bring some of their latest toys. It's unknown whether it'll be a Windows Phone 7 Mango device or if it'll be an Android-based one so we'll have to wait for them to spill the beans.
