Lenovo IdeaPad Y-Series, S10 Netbook, and IdeaCentre A600 Available This Month
A bunch of products are being released by Lenovo this month, including the: IdeaPad Y650/Y550/Y450, IdeaCentre A600, and IdeaPad S10. These said products were first shown off at CES and will be available on Amazon.com, TigerDirect.com, Newegg.com, and Lenovo's own official website by the end of this month (April). All of these products will have a 16:9 aspect ratio, so it'll be useful for those widescreen HD movies.
The IdeaCentre A600 is an all-in-one PC with a 21.5-inch display with a 1,920 x 1,080 Full HD 1080p resolution, an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, up to 1TB of HDD storage, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, WiFi, a 6-in-1 media card reader, an optional Blu-ray player, VeriFace face recognition technology, and has a couple of USB ports on the back. As I pointed out in January, I felt that this all-in-one PC could be the sexiest all-in-one I've ever seen and I'm going to stick with what I said.
The Lenovo S10 netbook has one big feature which is Lenovo QuickStart. This will load your OS quickly so that you can get right down to work as fast as possible. Lenovo will also implement a new social networking software called LenovoSocial onto the netbook.

Rock Band Unplugged Set To Launch On June 9
I'm not into rock music, but I do know the song "Miss Murder" because it's in Guitar Hero III. "Lastly, the developers also revealed Sony's plans to issue limited edition PSP Entertainment Packs bearing the Rock Band branding. Contained in the bundle will be a piano black PSP, Rock Band Unplugged, a 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo, and a code to download School of Rock from the PlayStation Store -- all for the MSRP of $199.99 [USD]." Don't forget, expect a June 9 release date!

Next Apple iPhone This June?
Apple has had a couple of so-called "leaks" regarding the functionality of the next iPhone (FM transmitter, 802.11n, video recording, upgraded camera, and OLED screens). With the release of the Palm Pre (the iPhone killer) soon, Apple should be strapping themselves up for their next iPhone release. The big tip could be something in June of this year. As of right now it's unclear whether the tip could be an actual release of the next iPhone or it could just mark the announcement of the next iPhone. Either way it looks like this Summer will be packed with some well-needed heat.

PC vs Mac Ad III: Buying a Sony Vaio For Gaming?
Windows decided to switch it up and go with a 12-year old boy as the main spokesperson in this ad. He was originally looking for a laptop with speed, lots of HDD storage, and gaming capabilities. Basically, he ends up choosing a Sony Vaio over a Mac because it has a Blu-ray drive. I may not know much about the Sony Vaio that they chose, but last time I checked Sony Vaio's tend to be a bit on the expensive side and I know they aren't exactly for gaming. I think it was the wrong choice for the family, but they seemed happy anyway. Hey, Microsoft! Sign me up for your next ad, MDG just isn't cutting it... Yes, I am fully aware that you probably don't even know the brand MDG. It's a Canadian thing - just about the worst PC brand out there.

Windows 7 Pre-RC Build 7077 On BitTorrent
The RC that was scheduled to be released tomorrow has been pushed back to the end of May - old news. But, another Build (7077) has made its way to the public via torrents. Build 7077 is not really much of an improvement to the last Build (7057) that leaked out. It has a new, small Start Menu ""Orb" tweak, some new sounds, and only a slight visual revamp in the Media Center. If you're interested, then go check it out. I might download it to get rid of this network driver problem I'm having with Build 7057.
