LG Genesis Is the enV Pro For US Cellular, No Longer Hitting Verizon

You may have seen this handset before as it was rumoured to be hitting Verizon in the US. It doesn't look like that'll be the case anymore since Android Central is now saying that it's on its way to US Cellular. The LG Genesis is the enV Pro that's running Android 2.2 "Froyo". The rest of the specs include a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 3.5-inch external touchscreen display, a 3.2-inch internal display, a QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot (8GB included), and DLNA. The price and release date is unknown right now but maybe we'll hear about that soon.

Update: Android Central has now snagged more information about this handset. They've picked up the image below which tells us that it's not a clamshell handset. This one actually features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. Other specs include Flash 10.1 support, a 5MP AF camera, and WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth support.

Apple Refreshes iMacs With Quad-Core CPUs, Thunderbolt, HD Webcams

Looking to get a new all in one computer? Then look no further than Apple who have just outed their latest batch of iMacs. The base model is going for $1,199 and that'll get you a 21.5-inch IPS display with a 1,920 x 1,080 (Full HD) resolution, a quad-core Intel Core i5 2.5GHz CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 500GB HDD, and AMD Radeon HD 6750M graphics. The base 27-inch model features a 2,560 x 1,440 IPS display, a quad-core Core i5 3.1GHz CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 1TB HDD, AMD Radeon HD 6970M graphics, and it's going for $1,999.

Both of these new iMacs also feature two Thunderbolt ports along with a bunch of USB ports and an HD webcam if you want. Of course, there are a bunch of different models so just check it out on Apple whenever you're ready.

Fido's Nokia C6 To Cost $50 On a 2-Year Contract

Looks like Mobile Syrup has scooped up that Fido's upcoming Nokia C6 handset may cost you just $50 on a 2-year contract whenever it launches. Apparently, the contract-free price will be $275 which isn't too bad for a Nokia phone with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

HTC EVO 3D Up For Pre-Order At Best Buy, Only If You Ask

If you head over to Best Buy and ask to pre-order the HTC EVO 3D then you can actually do so. It's only if you ask though because Best Buy across the US are being sneaky about this. This smartphone features a 4.3-inch 3D display (960 x 540 resolution), 1GB of storage, 1GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, a 5MP AF 3D camera with a dual-LED flash, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, a dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm CPU, and Android 2.3 with the Sense UI.

LG Unveil the P430 and P530 Ultraportable Notebooks With Thin Bezels

We already know that LG's awesome Shuriken displays will be hitting some notebooks in the future and they've unveiled their own notebook that will be using it. They've introduced the 14-inch P430 and 15.6-inch P530 notebooks which sports a thin bezel. These can be classified as ultraportable notebooks because they're definitely thin-and-light at 1.94kg and 2.2kg, respectively.

Inside these notebooks you'll find that it's quite powerful as well. You'll be cruising away with an Intel Core i7 CPU along with a Nvidia GeForce GT 520M GPU and Windows 7. The P430 will be available in Asia, Europe, South America, and the Middle East in May while the P530 will be available in June.

Samsung SPH-D600 Hits the FCC, It's a Sprint Device

A new Samsung handset, the SPH-D600, has just been spotted at the FCC. This handset is said to feature a 1GHz CPU, a 320 x 480 resolution display, a 3.1MP camera, CDMA / EVDO / WiMAX connectivity, and Bluetooth / WiFi / GPS support. It should also feature the Android OS with Touchwiz so just wait for this one to get official soon. This handset's said to be on its way to Sprint in the US. Check it out at the FCC.
